MUST-DO

Hiring a boat with the locals off the beach of Crystal Bay, you’ll find one of Bali’s best dive sites, where pristine coral reefs and exotic sea life awaits. Some local shops selling fresh coconut drinks right on the beach make for lush chill-out spot with amazing sunset views. If your looking for that post-card worthy insta shot make sure to also visit the Kelingking lookout. After you’re done admiring the scenery, there’s also a path to go down to the beach at the bottom.

INSIDER TIP

The best way to explore the island would be to hire a scooter or car. Travelling through lush palm tree rainforests and sea-side mountains you’ll find some beautiful hidden gems. Escape the overcrowded spots and make your way to the underrated Suwehan Beach. This lush spot has long been a favourite of locals and well informed travellers. We recommend heading there in the morning to secure the perfect sunbathing spot among the tropical mountains.
